Consent to the Processing of Personal Data:

1. Hereby, I, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended), Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated March 13, 2006 "On Advertising" (as amended), freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, give my consent to MEDI EXPO LLC (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1127746529679) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") for the processing of my personal data specified during registration and/or submitting a request for an offer and/or subscribing to receive advertising information by filling out a web form on the Company website www.mediexpo.ru and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), submitted (filled out) using the Site.

Personal data refers to any information relating to me as a subject of personal data, including: last name, first name, patronymic; year of birth; month of birth; date of birth; address; education; profession; income; passport details, phone number, email, taxpayer identification number (INN), insurance number of the individual ledger account (SNILS), information contained in the work record book, military registration data, photograph, foreign language knowledge, citizenship, total work experience, place of work, family composition, as well as other publicly available information about me.

2. I agree that, within the framework of personal data processing, the Company, as well as the Operators named above, have the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, analyze, use, retrieve, transfer to Operators, receive, process, store, update, change, anonymize, block, delete, destroy my personal data by maintaining databases through automated, mechanical, manual methods for the purposes of:

  • receiving consultations on services;
  • conducting marketing programs;
  • implementing and providing advertising and marketing services;
  • organizing congress and exhibition activities
  • maintaining and updating the client database;
  • technical support in processing information, documentation, and personal data using automation tools and without such use.

3. I consent to receiving advertisements and authorize the Operator to send SMS mailings, as well as other types of mailings and notifications, including of an advertising nature, to my address using any means of communication. Mailings via email and other communication channels are carried out using the Unisender service. The service owner, UNISENDER SMART LLC, processes personal data on our behalf solely for purposes related to such mailings, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of personal data.

4. I consent and authorize the Operator to combine personal data into a personal data information system and process my personal data using automation tools or without the use of automation tools, as well as using other software tools specially developed at the Operator request. Work with personal data information systems is carried out according to the algorithm prescribed for the Operator (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, blocking, destruction, etc.). The processing methods used include, but are not limited to: clarifying data with me (via postal mail, email, telephone (including mobile), fax, the Internet), segmenting the information database according to specified criteria, periodic contacts with me via telephone (including mobile), via email or the Internet. Personal data is obtained through cookies, submitting a request, personal provision, or any other methods.

5. I am hereby notified by the Company, as well as on behalf of the Operator, that the intended users of personal data are the Operator employees (as well as individuals engaged under civil law contracts).

6. I am informed that:

  • this consent to the processing of my personal data and receiving advertisements is indefinite and can be withdrawn by sending a written statement to the Operator, including to the email address expo@mediexpo.ru. The date of withdrawal is considered the day following the day of delivery of the written statement to the Company and Operators on withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data and/or receiving advertisements;
  • I have the right to access my personal data, demand clarification (updating, changing) of my personal data, as well as deletion and destruction of my personal data if their processing by the Company and the above-named Operators violates my legal rights and interests, the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. I undertake, in case of changes to my personal data or information about me, to immediately notify the Operator, providing supporting documents.

8. This Consent is recognized by me, the Company, and the Operators as my written consent to the processing of my personal data and receiving advertisements, given in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated March 13, 2006 "On Advertising".

9. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the provided personal data, and also confirm the accuracy of the provided data.

10. I understand that registering and/or submitting a request for an offer and/or subscribing to receive advertising information on the Site means my written agreement with the terms described in this Consent.
