Dear colleagues!

The 5th Anniversary Scientific-Practical Conference with International Participation "National and International Experience in Protecting the Reproductive Health of Children and Youth" is scheduled to be held from March 11 to 13, 2026.

Currently, we are living in a period of active promotion of the national strategy for addressing issues of protecting the reproductive health of citizens of the Russian Federation. Among the necessary fundamental aspects of the country's demographic security are issues of supporting motherhood and childhood. The Government of the Russian Federation demands that we develop effective measures aimed at using the most modern achievements of science and technology in medicine to ensure real improvement in the health and reproductive potential of adolescents and youth.

This urgent problem is fully consistent with the thematic focus of the scientific-practical conference, which will include plenary sessions dedicated to modern aspects of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases of the reproductive system in children and youth.

Issues related to the organization of providing specialized gynecological and uro-andrological medical care for non-inflammatory and inflammatory diseases of the genital organs in girls and boys will be considered. An important aspect of the conference program will be issues of correction and rehabilitation of children, adolescents, and youth with deviations in physiological sexual development, and with disorders of the functional state of the reproductive system. The emphasis of the scientific program will be on developed innovative therapeutic and surgical technologies for restoring the function of genital and adjacent organs in cases of disorders, injuries, and malformations, benign and malignant neoplasms of the genital organs and mammary glands, on visual and laboratory diagnostics, and features of anesthesia and resuscitation in childhood and adolescence.

The conference program will include a competition of scientific works by young scientists.

Specialists providing medical care to children and youth are invited to participate in the congress: gynecologists, pediatric urologists-andrologists, urologists, geneticists, endocrinologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists-resuscitators, psychotherapists, medical psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, oncologists, doctors for hygiene of children and adolescents, general practitioners (family doctors), specialists from Russia, CIS countries, foreign scientists from authoritative universities, clinics, and medical centers.

As part of the scientific-practical conference, a meeting of chief specialists in gynecology for children and adolescents and pediatric urologists-andrologists will be held. An exhibition exposition of manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and laboratory diagnostic methods will be presented.
